The 21st Annual Moraine Hills Nature Photo Contest

Moraine Hills State Park and the Friends of Moraine Hills sponsored the 21st Annual Moraine Hills Nature Photo Contest. Five categories feature Midwestern nature – plants, animals and scenery – with no “hand-of-man” allowed.  A sixth category, Beyond the Midwest, allows for subjects from around the world, and a seventh, Nearby Nature, allows for human structures, people and pets.

The 2018 Best of Show winner was Michael Schmidt with his Bald Eagle with Flight. The photo winners will be on display at the Moraine Hills Nature Center through November 11th.
